Reason I have uploaded it here, this was the demise of one of the poor 'Zaw scooters, which I took the other photos of here in this gallery. no it was not the riders fault, the Ford driver had drivin out of the parking garage at the liquor store, running over the scooter and rider, dragging her and the scooter all the way across the street before stopping. She is alive and recovering, the scooter is not.
